Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.2, 0.64; PstI--3.6, 0.15; BglI--1.7, 1.3, 0.58; HindIII--3.8; PvuII--2.7, 0.52, 0.47. The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): PstI--0.08, 0.20, 0.24, 0.30, 0.38; BglI--0.1; XmaI--0.42, 0.17. Contains 3' untranslated sequence and the complete coding region. The insert is oriented such that transcription from the T3 promoter gives the sense strand. |
