Applications |
The antibody reacts with NP-AVP of rat and other species (murine, human, bovine, frog) and is a useful immunohistochemical reagent. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |

Animals were immunized with an acid soluble extract of rat (Sprague-Dawley) intermediate lobes. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with NP-AVP of rat and other species (murine, human, bovine, frog) and is a useful immunohistochemical reagent. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
