Comments |
The fusion line, CRL-8061, is reported to be EBNA positive. Lymphocytes were isolated from a regional draining lymph node of a patient with carcinoma of the vulva. B lymphocytes were fused with UC 729-6 cells (see ATCC CRL-8061). The antibody recognizes an epitope on a 78000 dalton antigen on A-431 cells and a 66000 dalton antigen on T293H cells. |

Subculturing |
Medium Renewal: Every 2 days Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10 exp5 cells/ml and maintain between 2 X 10 exp5 and 8 X 10 exp5 cells/ml. |
